Dental PanoAI supports panoramic radiographs, periapical films, bitewing series, and CBCT volumes. Files can be uploaded via DICOM, JPEG, or PNG. CBCT analysis generates a 3D finding report with slice-level annotations. Integration with major PACS and dental practice management systems is available via API.
For systems with available APIs (Carestream, Dentsply Sirona, Planmeca, Apteryx, and others), integration is typically complete within 2–3 days. PrivaSure also offers a standalone web portal for practices that prefer to upload manually and receive reports via the web interface without a PMS integration.

No. By default, uploaded radiographs are processed in memory and deleted within 60 minutes of report generation. No images are retained on SynapseHealthTech servers beyond the session. Customers with self-hosted deployments retain full data sovereignty. We do not use customer data to train or update models without explicit written agreement.
